QuikClot combat gauze is 3inx4yard, X-ray-detectable, Z-folded gauze that is impregnated with Kaolin. Kaolin is an inert mineral that does not generate heat.

QuikClot Combat Gauze LE is Z-folded and individually packaged in a vacuum-sealed military-grade foil package that is easy to rip. Making it simple to use when trying to control life-threatening bleeding from wounds that are not conducive to the application of a tourniquet.
